Photoshop Portrait Retouching

I have a batch of portraits that already look good in-camera, and now I just need that final, polished touch in Photoshop. The job is strictly retouching—think subtle skin smoothing, blemish and stray-hair cleanup, evening out tones and sharpening key details while preserving natural texture. No background replacements or heavy color grading are required.

Please keep every file in its original resolution, work non-destructively on separate layers, and return both the layered PSD and a high-quality JPEG (sRGB). Consistency across the whole set matters to me, so let me know up-front if you use a particular frequency-separation or dodge-and-burn workflow. Quick, clean results with a realistic finish will be the deciding factor.
