Photorealistic Family Photo Merge

I have four separate photos—one of my wife right after delivery, one of myself, one of my wife a little later when she’s feeling more like herself, and one of our newborn. I’d like them merged into a single, photorealistic portrait that feels like a genuine family moment rather than a cut-and-paste collage.
The final image should give equal visual weight to each of us, so no one person dominates the frame.
