Photography Studio Post-Production Support

Job ID: 39756547

Budget: $2 – $8 CAD

About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to support our photography studio with image culling, black & white conversion, basic Lightroom adjustments, and gallery creation. This is a remote, project-based position with the potential to grow into full-time ongoing work as we expand nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Review and cull large image sets, removing frames that cannot be saved by simple exposure/brightness/contrast adjustments.

Run remaining images through our conversion software to apply a black & white preset.

Import into Lightroom and apply basic global adjustments (exposure, brightness, contrast) to bring images into the ballpark of a clean, usable proof.

Ensure proofs are consistent and not flat (healthy tones and contrast).

Rename files to follow our studio’s naming convention.

Upload finalized images into our studio platform to create client proof galleries.

Requirements:

Strong eye for detail and expression during culling.

Basic editing skills in Lightroom (or equivalent).

Organized and efficient with file handling and naming.

Reliable internet for large file transfers.

Ability to follow a step-by-step workflow consistently.

Previous experience in photography post-production or gallery prep is a strong asset.

What We Offer:

Flexible, remote work.

Clear instructions, training videos, and workflow guides provided.

Opportunity for ongoing and eventually full-time work.

To Apply:
Please share a brief introduction and your experience with culling, Lightroom adjustments, or similar post-production tasks. Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test task (1 hour) to evaluate workflow and consistency.
