I’m looking for a reliable helper in Ulaanbaatar who can step on-site, capture professional images of residential and commercial spaces, and make sure everything from scheduling the shoot to handing over the finished files runs smoothly.
Here’s what the role involves:
• Property photography – interior, exterior, and any key amenities that add value to the listing.
• Coordinating access times with owners, tenants, or agents so the sessions move forward without delays.
• Delivering a small, well-edited set of high-resolution JPEGs for each property within 48 hours of the shoot (basic colour-correction and straightening only; no heavy retouching needed).
I’ll provide a simple shot list for every location; you bring the camera, tripod, and a keen eye for composition and natural light. If you already use Lightroom or a similar tool, that’s perfect—just export everything in web and print sizes before handing them over.
Turnaround speed, clear communication, and reliability on the agreed schedule are essential, as multiple properties will be lined up each month.
