Photograph Munich Archive Documents

Job ID: 40537224

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I need someone who can physically visit a public archive in Munich, locate specific historical documents, and capture clear, publication-quality images of every relevant page for me. The items are in moderate condition, so you’ll need to follow the archive’s handling rules—no flash, no tripod, gloves where required, and steady, distortion-free framing.

These photos will feed directly into an academic publication, so readability is paramount: sharp focus, even lighting, no cropped margins, and a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (RAW or high-quality JPEG preferred). Please label each file logically (box–folder–page.jpg) and transfer the full set to me via a secure cloud link once you leave the archive.

Before starting, confirm:
• your ability to access the Munich archive on the dates they’re open,
• a camera or phone capable of highquality, distortion free, blur free photos, in .JPEG format. Plus, the ability to give the photos to me via a secure cloud link. Finally, the ability to take hundreds of photos.

Deliverable: a complete, organised folder of high-resolution images that I can drop straight into my manuscript and citation software—with no need for post-processing on my end.

Open to questions and will provide more information.
