Photo Text & Cold-Sore Cleanup

I have one high-resolution picture of my two kids that I need tidied up. Please remove the stray text that appears in the background and carefully retouch my son’s upper and lower lip to eliminate the cold sores while keeping the skin tone and texture natural. No other edits are required—please leave colours, lighting, and everything else exactly as shot.
