Photo Scratch Removal Retouching

I have a photo with an item that shows several small scratches and surface marks. I only need those imperfections retouched—no color correction, no background changes, just clean, seamless removal of the visible damage on the object itself so the rest of the image looks untouched.
Please work on the original resolution file I will supply and return the final version in the same format with a layered PSD or an editable TIFF so I can see the retouch layer if needed. The end result should pass close zoom inspection: no cloning halos, texture mismatches, or blur patches. A quick before-and-after preview (JPEG or PNG) alongside the final deliverable will help me verify the work.
