Photo Retouch & Reflection Fix

I have two portraits that were taken by a professional photographer and share a consistent, soft-yet-crisp look: balanced natural daylight, gentle contrast, and true-to-life colours. I also have a third shot I captured myself; right now it looks noticeably flatter and it shows an unwanted reflection in the shower screen behind the subject.

What I need:
• Bring the third image in line with the other two by matching their soft, natural colour palette and daylight feel—no oversaturation or forced HDR.
• Even out the lighting so that shadows, highlights, and skin tones feel as if the photo came from the same session as the pro images.
• Replace the current reflection on the shower glass with a different, believable reflected scene that aligns with the room’s perspective, keeping it subtle enough not to steal focus.

A layered PSD (or equivalent) plus a high-resolution JPEG as the final deliverable will be perfect, so I can make minor tweaks if needed. Please use whatever tools you’re most comfortable with—Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One—as long as the finished photo sits seamlessly beside the other two.
