Photo Retouch & Color Match

I need a skilled image editor to refine a single photograph. The shot requires two main actions:

• Colour correction that precisely matches a reference image I will supply.
• Detailed object retouching to improve texture, shape and lighting without introducing an over-edited look.

Please work non-destructively in Photoshop (layers smart-enabled) so I can inspect each adjustment. Deliver the final image as a layered PSD plus a high-resolution JPEG ready for web and print.
