I need the referenced image rebuilt at exactly 960 × 575 px and delivered in two formats: a high-quality .jpg and a transparent-background .png. You’ll find the original artwork, plus its background and clip-art elements, already separated and attached—just layer them together so the result is visually identical to the sample.
Any tool you prefer—Photoshop, GIMP, or another editor—is fine as long as the final files meet the size and format specs. I’ll drop your outputs straight into the app, so please name them clearly and keep compression artifacts to a minimum.
