Photo Merging for Personal Use (lenticular-style photo art)

I am looking for lenticular-style photo art. I need two photos of my son combined into one but sliced together in strips, so depending on which angle you are looking at the photo it will be one image or the other you see (example attached). This is for personal use and will be displayed in our home as artwork. so it needs to look professional. I have professional black and white photos of him that we can use, however, they are JPEG.

Requirements:
- Experience with photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop)
- Attention to detail for a seamless merge
- Ability to handle images of people
