Photo Editing with Head Swapping

I need 4-5 pictures edited with the following requirements:

- Swap heads so everyone is looking towards the camera
- Edit for color and exposure
- Add a sunset glow in warm orange tones

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop)
- Experience with head swapping and background blending
- Strong eye for color correction and exposure adjustments
- Ability to create a natural-looking sunset glow

Please provide samples of similar work done. I do have the raw files and can send those rather than jpgs.
