Photo Composite & Facial Sharpening

I have two shots of the same friends. In the first, both men are wearing black shirts; in the second, one of them throws up a peace sign. I need the full-body stance of the black-shirted man from the first photo transplanted into the peace-sign image so they appear to be standing together naturally. Please keep the existing background untouched—lighting, shadows, and perspective must match so the edit feels like a single, unaltered photograph.
Once the composite is in place, give both faces a subtle boost: a touch of sharpening that brings out their features without crossing into an over-processed look. No blemish removal or additional retouching is required.
