Pallet Strap Position Detection System
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
Hello the project involves processing images files to detect the position of straps in reference to the top frame board on top of a pallet.
Pallet Height will vary while the camera is stationary , attached are examples of a small and large pallet.
- Trigger pulse will be supplied by Allen Bradley PLC, or Kepware, or by the image file appearing in a folder
- Process the image file and identify all 5 straps and positions
- Identify for any twists in any strap
- Identify for any frays in any strap
- Identify any broken glass sitting on top of the pallet
- Report back results to Allen Bradley PLC, or Kepware
