PDF-to-LaTeX Full Conversion

I have a PDF of a textbook that consists of exercise problems with a few figures here and there. I need these problems to be copied into a LaTeX document such that I can generate a pdf file which only has all exercise problems put together.
Key points
• Text is plain prose—no special headings, tables, or lists—so the main task is accurate transcription and sensible LaTeX structuring.
• Every image and figure in the source must be included. Please extract each one, save it in a dedicated folder (PNG or JPG is fine), and reference it with the standard figure environment and \includegraphics commands.
• Final LaTeX code should be tidy, logically commented where helpful, and use common packages only (graphicx, hyperref, geometry, etc.) so it compiles without manual tweaks on any modern TeX distribution.
