Overlay Boundaries on Drone Photo

I have a medium-resolution JPEG taken by a drone that captures the whole parcel. Using the corner references I’ll provide, please add a clean, solid-line outline that follows the exact edges of the property. The line should be even in thickness and contrast well against the ground so contractors and officials can spot it instantly.

Accuracy is key, but keep the underlying photo untouched—place the outline on its own layer so colours or thickness can be adjusted later.

Deliverables
• Final JPEG with the solid-line boundary in place
• Layered source file (PSD, AI, or similar) with the overlay on a separate, unlocked layer
