Old Photo Restoration and Colorization

I need four old photos restored and colorized. Two are black and white, and two are slightly faded and need lighting improvements. I am sharing one photo here as an example.

Requirements:
- Restore original look and improve lighting/colors.
- Add color to black and white photos with a vintage/classic look.
