Need an Image Processing and OpenCV expert to help with an video streaming project (PLEASE READ FIRST)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have been working on a project involving video streaming (this is a small part of the project but currently the part that’s holding everything up), and I cant seem to get my head around this requests problem.
Essentially, what I'm trying to do is capture video input via camera using OpenCV, send it to a flask server via requests and display the stream in HTML.
If you have already done exactly the similar task, and if you think you know what you are doing, ping me.
Payment: Negotiable but I know it won't take more than few hours for a guy who knows what he has to do.
