Natural Retouching for 20 Photos

I have 20 high-resolution shots for a model’s online portfolio that need a clean, realistic polish. The brief is simple: even out skin tones and remove minor blemishes without erasing natural texture, and balance overall colour so every image sits cohesively on screen. No background changes are required; I want the pictures to retain their original setting and feel, just refined.

Please work in a non-destructive workflow (Photoshop, Lightroom or similar) so I can revert to layers if needed.
