Nationwide Housing Photography Project

I’m coordinating a series of photo shoots for more than ten new-build housing developments spread across the country and need a skilled photographer who can capture each location in a natural, candid style. The imagery will become the visual backbone of our marketing, feeding directly into LinkedIn campaigns, our website refresh, and printed brochures, so I need files that look just as good on a phone screen as they do in high-resolution print.

Here’s how I see the assignment working: once I supply the site list and preferred shoot window, you’ll travel to each development, spend enough time to capture atmosphere as well as architecture, then deliver a carefully edited set of external photographs.

Deliverables (per development)
• A curated, colour-corrected collection of high-resolution images, print-ready (minimum 300 dpi)
• A web-optimised folder sized for social posts and web banners
• Non-watermarked versions with full usage rights for our LinkedIn, website and brochure collateral
• Basic metadata so our marketing team can search and tag efficiently
