Mobile Camera App Development

I'm seeking an experienced mobile app developer to create a camera app for both Android and iOS platforms. The app will be used to take photos of wallet cards and resize them for printing on an A4 page.

Key Requirements:
- Capture high-quality images of wallet cards
- Resize images for A4 printing
- Must work on both Android and iOS
