Measuring Body's dimensions

Sample images of humans' bodies are provided in the files section, using these images, we need to write a programming code to do the following:

1) Drawing a clear layout around the body removing the background and any unneeded details
2) Using the human's height, the code must generate the seven general dimensions of his body.
The needed dimensions are:
* Bust width
* Waist width
* Sleeve length
* Hips width
* Length to hips
* Nick base width
* Inside leg length
