Manual High-Res Photo Correction
Budget: $10 – $50 CAD
I have a set of high-resolution photographs that, because of a heavy filter, now look unexpectedly grainy and even pixelated when viewed online or when you try to zoom in. I need each image cleaned up one at a time—no batch processing, no AI sharpening or “enhance” buttons.
Your task is to strip away that artificial texture, restore a smooth, noise-free finish, balance the lighting and colour, and give each shot a subtle, hand-crafted boost in sharpness. The final look must stay natural and realistic; if it feels like I ran these through an app, we have missed the mark.
These files will be showcased in an online gallery, so they must hold up at full-screen size on both desktop and mobile. Please deliver high-resolution JPEGs (or layered PSDs if you prefer) that retain the original dimensions, colour profile and metadata.
Acceptance criteria:
• Graininess visibly reduced without smudging detail
• Colour and exposure balanced, no clipped highlights or muddy shadows
• Edges crisp, yet free of haloing or oversharpening artefacts
• Overall tone matches the natural style described above
• Able to zoom in without losing sharpness
If you enjoy meticulous, pixel-level retouching and can show me before-and-after examples that prove it, I’m ready to get started right away.
I will need 1-2 pictures done before project is awarded and if you can clean them up, I will send you 150 more.
