Male Physique Photo Editing

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor to enhance a male physique image. In my photo I need edited I am wearing a short sleeve shirt. I need this edited with the shirt removed and replaced with a semi-athletic torso that matches the proportions and skin texture/color of my body.

Requirements:
- Define muscle cuts
- Reduce body fat
- Edit out clothing (remove shirt)
- Style: Enhanced but natural
