Logo Cleanup & Dual Palettes

I have a logo in a JPEG that looks a bit rough around the edges and doesn’t translate well across media. I need it professionally cleaned up and prepared in two straightforward palettes:
• a pure Black and White version
• a grayscale variant that blends black, white, and grey tones
Please retain the original design elements while sharpening lines, correcting any pixelation, and ensuring the artwork scales perfectly. Once refined, deliver it back to me in transparent-background PNG and an editable vector file (SVG or AI) so I can drop it into print and digital materials without further tweaks.
