Lightroom Swim Photo Tagging

I recently shot about 10,000 frames at a school swimming carnival and now need the catalogue tidied up and properly labelled inside Lightroom Web. Your job is two-fold:

1. Cull every shot that is either blurry, shows non-relevant content, or captures the swimmer with their head under water and face not visible.
2. For every accepted image, enter the metadata “Event [number] – Heat [number]”. A photo of the pool-side start board appears at the beginning of each heat, so you will use that frame as the reference for the correct numbers.

All work happens in the shared Lightroom Web album—no local copies, no additional editing beyond the cull and metadata fields. Consistency and speed are important, but accuracy is critical; the final set must flow in exact chronological order with flawless event/heat labels.

Deliverables
• Lightroom Web catalogue with unwanted images rejected and removed from public view
• Remaining files tagged in the agreed naming format
