Large-Format Photo Upscaling -- 2

I have a single JPEG that needs to be turned into a print-ready piece measuring 140 × 93 cm for gallery display. The current file lacks the resolution for such a large output, so I’m looking for precise upscaling and subtle retouching that keeps every detail believable—no plastic textures, AI artifacts, or over-sharpening.

The work involves:
• Increasing the pixel count while preserving natural grain, color fidelity, and edge clarity.
• Addressing any noise or compression issues the original JPEG may carry.
• Supplying two deliverables:
 1. A high-resolution image file (JPEG or TIFF) sized exactly 140 × 93 cm at a print-ready resolution (300 dpi preferred, though 240–300 dpi is acceptable if you can justify it).
 2. A print-ready PDF with the same dimensions, embedded color profile, and no bleed required unless you advise otherwise.

I’m comfortable with whatever professional tool chain you prefer—Photoshop, Topaz Gigapixel, ON1 Resize, or a custom workflow—as long as the final product stands up to close inspection under gallery lighting. Turnaround is flexible within reason, but I’d like to move quickly once we agree on the approach.
