Landscape Photo Brightness Boost

I have a set of landscape shots that look flat on screen and in print. I need each image lifted with a moderate brightness increase so the scenes feel airy and welcoming but never washed-out. I’m not certain whether further color work is required, so I’m counting on your eye to decide if tweaks to vibrancy, contrast, or white balance will help the final look.

Please work non-destructively on the original resolution files and return polished JPEGs plus layered PSDs (or equivalent) so I can make small tweaks later if needed. Turnaround within a few days would be ideal.
