Jewelry Image Editing for Website Launch

I am making a new website for our business, and I need to make all the images - products, lifestyle, production, detailed etc.
We are more than 35 years in the jewelry business, and we are starting to expand outside of our country, going worldwide. Throughout the years it's been very difficult for me to find a proper and reliable photographer, image editor or designer overall. That's how I become a "photographer" myself and for the still images, product photography the level is sufficient for the moment. My main goal is to shoot every single image that I need, but I really suck at editing.
I'll send you a few images here, so you can see what's the level of my capabilities and to give me a straight answer if you can or can't help me with these.
One other thing, the lifestyle, close-ups and other landing pages images must be perfectly retouched as they're the main thing and it's representing us as jewelers. I can give you examples of finished images that I want to achieve.
The ones for our portfolio can be a bit more "look what we can do", than falling into details as we can choose a filter, noise or something to "cover" the damages from my "professional" photos as well as small inevitable blemishes of the materials - gold, silver, stones, pearls..
For the products I need mainly color correction (I shoot with a color picker card) and background removal, as I'll use a different font for the different jewelry types. I'm into "faking" some parts, like clasps, or blemished beyond repair parts, but they must be non-visible for the untrained eye.
I want to be honest, so the level of detail we need is high, not unrealistically high but at some things I will get peaky. Nevertheless, I am ready to meet you in the middle when there's no other option or the photo itself is bad. Also, I'm ready to retake every photo, following your suggestions and ideas once you see the pictures as I've said to myself that the new website won't be live until everything is as good as possible.
So, I know it's a bit long, but I wanted you to have the full information for the projects as if everything goes well between us it might be an evergreen project as we intend to stay on the market for the next 35 years.
You can find the attached images in JPEG, as It's impossible to send a RAW, but you'll get the idea.
About the payment, I'm not sure how it works, I've put "fixed price" as I have many images at once and it's more like a whole project. It's up for a negotiation though as you need to see what's what, so think about it.
One last thing, I'll give the same project to other people both on this and other platforms, so I'll give the same pictures to a few people for the next month or so and compare them. I don't want you to be challenged or something but just in the idea of being completely honest.
