Insert Three People into Group Photo

I have a single group photo in JPEG format that needs to look complete. Three people were absent when the picture was taken, and I now have good-quality individual photos of each of them. I’d like them positioned on the left side of the group, yet I’m happy for you to shift them to whichever spot blends most naturally with the existing composition.
The finished image must be seamless: matching lighting, shadows, colour tone and perspective so no one can tell it was edited. Please preserve the original resolution and return a print-ready JPEG. If you can also supply a layered PSD (or comparable editable file) that would be ideal for any future tweaks.
