Image enhancement API

We are looking for a developer who can create an algorithm that can do photo enhancement.

We are a company that rent photobooth for parties and events. Here we have 200k-500k photos every week that is uploaded to a cloud where the costumers can view and download the photos.

We need a server with an API to optimize/enhance the photos. The server should be hosted on AWS. If possible developed in Python. We need a complete solution including setup of the server.

It is important that no photo is lowered in quality doing the enhancement. The photos varies a lot in lightning, distance, amount of people etc. We need a solution that can support it all. If there is a photo that somehow can't be optimized the original should be returned, instead of returning a photo that looks funny.

Most of the photos are portrait and needs AI face enhancement. Some of them are dark and need enhancement of noise and underexpose.

Our goal is to deliver the perfect image to our costumers. The optimized images should look natural.
