Image editiing - Color correction, Shadow Balance & Reflection Fix

I’m supplying 19 original NEF files and need a careful, professional retouch. My first priority is balancing the shadows—lifting or toning them down so the overall exposure feels even while still keeping the image neutral in colour (something on the warmer side). Alongside that, please maintain a consistent, soft-neutral palette throughout every frame.

Each photo contains eyewear that catches unwanted glare.Those reflections must disappear cleanly without softening the glasses’ edges or affecting skin texture.

Deliverables
• 19 TIFFs on a neutral, lightly-lit background, colour-managed and ready for print
• 19 matching TIFFs fully cut out (transparent/no background) with identical colour and shadow work

Please keep all layers intact where possible and stay within non-destructive workflows in Photoshop, Capture One, or similar RAW-capable tools. Let me know your turnaround and any questions about the specific reflection areas before you begin.
