Image Processing job
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Scope of Work:
Hardware setup details: 4 Nos of 8MP IP Cameras Make: Hikvision Model: DS-2CD5085G0-AP with Hikvision NVR Model No: DS-7608-NI-I2 and a LINUX Server with GPU- Zotac Nvidia RTX-3070 with 5888 CUDA Cores..... (the image processing is planned on the higher end GPU)
We wish to offload image processing jobs to enable us to deliver projects in time. My technical man uses Anydesk to access the Linux machine remotely and do the needful and you may also do the same.
There are 4 cameras and 3 results are expected as explained below….
Camera-1
The rebars move on rollers and we have to count them and display the results in the screen
real time.
1. Rebars with different diameters - 20, 22, 25, 28, 32, 36, 40mm are manufactured in the plant.
2. Only one type of rebar is manufactured in one shift so no mixing of different diameter rebars.
3. Predefined limit value for each type is set. ie: the maximum number of rebars that can be loaded on the rollers. Eg: for 20mm rebars the limit is 25 Nos and for 40mmm rebars the limit is 6 Nos.
4. Audio Visual Alarm to be activated when the rebar count exceeds the limit.
Camera-2 Focuses on the cooling platform where the rebars land after manufacturing. Newly rebars join the cooling platform one by one….and slowly they start moving towards the rollers…..As explained in the diagram, we have to measure the head (tip) of the rebar from a reference line-A in millimetre. Also display the average value of the last 25 rebars.
Camera-3 Focuses on the tail end of the rebars and we have to measure the tail end (tip) of the rebar from a reference line-B in millimetre. Also display the average value of the last 25 rebars.
We have to show the measurements of the head (tip) and the tail end for individual rebars.
We have more such image processing projects and we need affordable solutions for the same.
