Image Processing and Conversion

This project is to review a number of images on our behalf, some of them will require converting, some will require removing a yellow background and all will need compressing so they are suitable. I believe there would be about 600-800 images to review but I will share the link for you to download and review

• There are three separate folders each with their own images in them; Motorbike images, Car images and HGV images are the folder names. Go through each folder from the links below, download and uncompress any folders

• Check all images for any yellow backgrounds that should not be there and remove the yellow background without changing the main section of the image

• Convert any .tif or .eps or .gif image files to .jpg

• Any images that you convert it’s VERY important that the file name does not change, apart from the .jpg part. You must then place any converted images into a folder called Converted. Make sure you keep Motorbike, Car and HGV separate as per their original split.

• Finally, please compress ALL image files to a small size suitable for a web/mobile app without excessive quality loss.

• Again important that no change to the file name takes place
