Image Analysis Widgets

We are looking for a programmer to produce three simple widgets, preferably in ImageJ, to extract information from three different type of microscopic images. The first will measure the diameter of wells in an image (Image1). The second will count the number of wells in the image and the number of wells that do not contain a bead (Image2) and the third will use a fluorescent image (Image 3) to count the number of wells and the number of wells containing 1 cell and the number of wells containing multiple cells. The output of each widget will be a simple .tsv file. Ideally image analysis can be easily batched to all files in a folder.
