Hyper-Realistic Face Swap

I have two photos and I need the faces swapped so convincingly that no one can tell the image was edited. The final composite is strictly for personal use, but I still want professional-grade realism: matching skin tone, preserving the exact expressions, and ensuring lighting, shadows, and texture flow naturally across the whole shot. I will supply the original photo and the donor photo; you bring the Photoshop mastery.

Please work nondestructively in layers so I can review adjustments if needed. Final delivery should include the layered PSD plus a high-resolution flattened JPEG ready for printing or casual sharing.
