Highlight Gutter Pops Photo

I have multiple exterior photos and I need the gutter pin pops to stand out clearly for a repair report. Please enhance the image so the entire gutter line is unmistakable, using bright-colored circles to mark each pin pop. Aside from that overlay, keep the rest of the photo untouched—no global contrast or sharpness tweaks are necessary.

I’ll supply the original JPEG the moment the project starts and I’d like the finished file returned in the same resolution, both with and without the circles for comparison. A quick turnaround would be ideal, and I’m happy to answer any questions you have before you begin.
