High-Fashion Photo Retouching Project

I have a batch of 250 images that need to be elevated to a polished, high-fashion finish. Each shot already has solid composition; what I need is meticulous skin and detail work that looks editorial rather than over-processed. Alongside that retouching, please fine-tune brightness and contrast so tones stay rich without crushing shadows or blowing out highlights.

My usual workflow sits in Photoshop with frequency separation and dodge & burn, but I’m open to whichever professional tools you prefer as long as the final result matches an upscale magazine aesthetic. Deliver the files as high-resolution JPEGs ready for web and print; if you keep layered PSDs, a copy of those would be appreciated for any future tweaks.
