Hair Touchup Editing

I need professional photo editing for hair and glasses touchup. The task involves editing wet hair to make it look dry and neat and clearing glasses of rain drops. And any other edits you think would enhance the photo. This was a free shoot for a family before mom has to shave her head, as she is fighting cancer, so I want her hair to look perfect.

Requirements:
- Skillful in hair texture adjustment
- Attention to detail for a polished look

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop
- Experience in hair and beauty photo retouching
- Strong eye for color and texture adjustments
