Group Photo Wig & Eye Fix

I have one high-resolution group shot that needs two precise adjustments.
1. Cindy Luo, the woman in the right-center, is wearing a wig that’s tilting. I need the wig straightened so it stands upright and her bangs smoothed—no extra volume or waves, just a clean, upright style.
2. Because of the bright sun, everyone except the two Grinch characters is squinting. Please retouch each of those faces so their eyes look naturally open and relaxed. I do not want any additional skin-smoothing, smile enhancement, or shadow removal—just eyes corrected to a believable, comfortable expression.
