40K Grocery Images & Naming
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an Excel sheet listing roughly 40,000 FMCG and general-grocery SKUs. For every line item I need two clean, brand-free product shots—one PNG with a fully transparent background and one WEBP version—plus a short, one-sentence description that I will paste back into the same sheet.
No images currently exist, so fresh, unstamped photos must be sourced or rendered.
File-naming is critical: each image has to mirror the product name exactly, replacing spaces with hyphens and retaining every character, number, and unit. For example:
AAA-MIXED-BERRIES-180G.png
AAA-MIXED-BERRIES-180G.webp
If the spelling, weight, or variant differs from the sheet, the image is considered unusable.
Deliverables (per SKU)
• 1 transparent PNG
• 1 WEBP copy of the same image
• 1 concise product description (added to my Excel sheet)
I will share the master spreadsheet once we agree on the approach so you can batch the output and return it in structured folders or a cloud drive of your choice.
