Grandmother Funeral Photo Retouch

I have a single, cherished photo of my grandmother that I’ll be displaying at her funeral service. In the original she’s in white pajamas, a cake sits in the frame, and the background is a bit busy. I need the image edited so the focus is entirely on her.
