Family Photo Face Swap

I have one high-resolution Christmas portrait of our family where both of my kids were caught mid-blink thanks to wind and bright sun. I also have two separate shots—one for each child—where their expressions are perfect.
What I need is a seamless swap of each child’s face from the individual photos into the main family picture. Please keep every other element exactly as it is; I don’t want the background, lighting, or colors changed beyond what’s necessary to make the faces blend naturally. The source images were taken in roughly the same light but at slightly different angles, so you may need a bit of warping or light shading to match head position and direction.
Deliverable: a single, high-resolution JPEG or PNG that looks like the original family shot—just with both kids’ best smiles in place. A layered PSD would be a bonus but isn’t mandatory.
