I need a skilled photo editor to enhance 1-5 family photos. My father in law was recently diagnosed with dementia and he couldn’t look at the camera properly. We have old photos of him that can help fix these photos. We don’t want to lose quality, as we would like to print these photos

Requirements:
- Edit one person's face per photo
- Smile enhancement
- Change expression to smile/neutral

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Photoshop or similar software
- Experience with portrait retouching
- Attention to detail
