Family Photo Editing

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor to center a family in a photo without altering the scale of the background. The main goal is to improve visual balance. Currently one (of two identical) life size toy soldiers is obscured. When the family is centered, I’d like the obscured toy soldier restored.
