Extract Handwritten Text Snippets

I will send you a batch of well over fifty JPEG images that contain short pieces of handwritten text. Your task is to locate those handwritten words or phrases, isolate them cleanly, and return each snippet as its own high-resolution JPG file.

Key points:
• Source files: JPEG only, 51+ images.
• Content: handwritten text—no printed characters appear.
• Deliverable: one neatly cropped, right-side-up JPG per text fragment, saved at the same or higher resolution than the original to preserve legibility.

Please keep backgrounds to a minimum, maintain natural ink colour, and ensure the edges are square so I can drop the files straight into a layout without additional editing. If you use Photoshop, GIMP, or a comparable tool, layers and masks are welcome in a secondary PSD/XCF copy, but the primary hand-offs must be flattened JPGs.
