Expression Swap & Background Cleanup

I have one photo that needs a quick yet convincing makeover. Please replace the current facial expression with a natural-looking happy one and strip out the background entirely. I’ll need two background versions in the final package: a fully transparent PNG and the same shot against a solid white backdrop.
Keep post-processing light—just the standard exposure, contrast and sharpness tweaks so everything looks crisp without altering the overall color mood.
Deliverables:
• High-resolution PNG (transparent background, happy expression)
• High-resolution JPEG (white background, happy expression)
