Exact Logo Recreation Needed

The original version of our company logo has been misplaced, so I need it rebuilt from the reference image I’ll supply. I’m not looking for any creative tweaks—please reproduce the artwork exactly as it appears, colours, proportions, and all.

Deliverable: a high-resolution, transparent-background PNG that is clean, sharp and ready for immediate use across digital and print assets. I’ll confirm the recreation by overlaying your file on the reference; the job is complete once the two align perfectly without visible differences.
