Erase Unwanted Text From Photo

I have a single image that contains overlaid text/graphics I no longer want visible. Using Photoshop (or an equivalent high-quality editor), please cleanly remove every trace of that text/graphic element so the underlying photo looks natural, with no rough edges, color shifts, or cloning artifacts.

Deliverable: a high-resolution, flattened PNG or JPG that’s ready for print and social media, plus the layered PSD so I can make future tweaks if needed.

This is a quick job for an experienced retoucher; accuracy and an invisible edit are the priorities.
