Enhanced Video & AI Lip-Sync

I have a personal video a little over five minutes long. The audio is already clean, but the picture is soft and blurry. I’d like to explore two approaches and then decide which looks best, so I need both of the following:

• Enhanced footage: Work directly on the original file—sharpen details, reduce blur and noise, stabilize any shaky moments, and balance color so faces and objects look crisp at 1080p playback.

• AI lip-sync version: Take a single still image I’ll supply and generate a full talking-head video that matches the existing audio track. Use an AI tool capable of accurate mouth movement and natural head motion; keep timing identical to the original soundtrack.

Deliver each version as an H.264 MP4 with the original audio preserved. I’ll review the two outputs side by side and choose my preferred cut.
